Kaleidoscope is thrilled to announce Dyfed “Fred” Richards’ promotion to Chief Marketing Officer & Partner alongside CEO, Gary Chiappetta and COO, Bert Hodapp. In his new role, Fred will be leading our client engagement team efforts in further developing the agency’s strategic consulting services and global marketing efforts, while ensuring the delivery of world-class branding and packaging design solutions for clients.
With 30 years of experience within the international design industry and having had the pleasure of partnering with brands such as Procter & Gamble, Unilever, Mars Wrigley Confectionery, Duracell, Mezzan Holding Company, and Kimberly-Clark, Fred has proven himself as an accomplished business leader who brings a consistent track record of launching brands and driving rapid growth within the consumer packaged goods industry. His promotion to this new role reinforces the agency’s continued commitment to delivering best-in-class services.
