All full-time staff members receive a monthly budget to reward and recognize their colleagues. Co-worker bonuses make it easy for staff members to see how their hard work directly helps their colleagues, and the public recognition keeps us all informed of the cool projects moving through the studio.
At the end of each month, we recognize the employee that has gone the farthest beyond the call of duty and best exemplifies our values. This person is selected based on a review of the comments collected through the co-worker bonus program and receives the traveling HERO Sandwich trophy.
We recognize our people as their careers progress for their contributions and loyalty through milestone awards. The milestone awards are given to employees after five years of service and then every five years after that.
