Revitalizing A Heritage Brand
As a partner with Radio Flyer for over 10 years, Kaleidoscope worked to capture the essence of what was unique to the brand: the memories and emotion of what it meant to ride in a wagon being pulled by a parent or grandparent.
Our teams repositioned the brand and designed a new Radio Flyer strategy for the 21st century including a new generation of products, packaging and retail brandactivation, while opening up new channels and markets. Radio Flyer’s revenue has since grown five fold, regaining top market share in the wagon category andbecoming number one in tricycles and ride-ons.
