As their vision and portfolio continued to grow, KITCO came to Kaleidoscope looking to overcome threats from emerging regional competitors, and to respectfully evolve their heritage brand to connect with their loyal consumer base in an ever-shifting marketplace.

We first developed a robust but streamlined brand positioning and architecture to organize KITCO’s portfolio and establish a clear vision for the future. Then came a new brand identity, packaging, product, POSM and activation strategy to bring it all to life. With a strategy focused on honoring the brand’s rich heritage and attracting a new generation of consumers, our team crafted a distinctive visual language to propel KITCO forward as an iconic, culturally-relevant brand that spells success in any language.
