Revitalizing A Heritage Brand
Dana, a well-known bottled water brand in the Middle East, came to Kaleidoscope to refresh their portfolio. Once competitors in the region began redesigning their brands, it was time for Dana water to stand out on shelf as a heritage brand with a modern twist. To do so, we drew inspiration from Qatar’s ultra-modern skyline and the associative luminescence of the word “Dana,” which translates to “the most perfectly sized, valuable, and beautiful pearl.” In terms of the logo, we kept Dana’s signature color to reaffirm brand recognition but strengthened and revived it to signal a superior brand experience. Dana remains a key player in the premium water category despite the flood of competitors and its redesign wows consumers with a look and feel that’s elevated and elegant.
