Surebonder looked to the expertise of Kaleidoscope to modernize their brand identity and package design across their entire portfolio. Recognizing inconsistent messaging that did not deliver the brand promise, our team sought to unify the master brand, differentiate between product tiers, and develop a clear communication strategy that resignated with consumers. Based on an in-depth category audit and consumer research, our team delivered an ownable identity system and package design that allowed for brand blocking on shelf, while our production experts worked closely with the client to plan for a seamless rollout across all products within the portfolio. Additionally, we developed marketing collateral and touchpoints to help the brand sell in the updated design into national retailers including True Value, Walmart, Meijer, and Menards.
